Protect your loved ones. Know the risk of Coronavirus. Get the NHS COVID-19 App now. The app was recently introduced to work alongside the Test and Trace to help limit the spread of COVID-19. The app serves to help the public identify when they are at high risk of contracting the virus.
What the app does
Contact tracing alerts - The app sends out a notification based on your surroundings and who may be infected with Covid-19.
Postcode alerts - This alert sends out a notification when there’s a risk of infections in your area. This will help you to be extra cautious when you are out on your daily routine.
Exposure alerts - The app allows users to check-in at venues and will keep a record of who was in the vicinity at that specific time. Should anyone test positive for Covid-19 at a later stage the app will send out an alert to notify the user to get tested.
