• Position: Band 5 Substance Misuse Nurse & Band 6 Substance Misuse Specialist

• Vacancy Type: 6-12 month block booking, with regular ongoing agency nursing shifts

• Location: Surrey, England

• Pay Rates: Earn up to £817.92* per shift 

🌼 Requirements:  

• Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a RN 

• Band 6 qualification on the NHS pay scale 

• Band 5 nurses must have a driver's license and vehicle 

• CV should consist of experience of delivering Psycho-Social Interventions and ability to advise Autonomously in 1-1 consultations, carrying a caseload. Robust understanding of relapse prevention, long term recovery, harm reduction, safeguarding co-ordination for children and adults, and drug knowledge for complex multiple drug/alcohol use instances 

• Competence in delivering holistic patient-centered care in line with the Care, Health and Wellbeing (CHW) framework
