Position: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
Location: South West London
Job Type: Contract, with variable shift patterns, ongoing NHS jobs and agency shifts
Salary: Up to £32.50* per hour
Start Date: Immediate start available
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive mental health care and support to patients.
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to plan and implement effective treatment strategies.
Monitor patient progress and respond to their emotional and psychological needs.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
Comply with hospital policies and national healthcare standards.
Essential Requirements:
Valid NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
Proven experience in mental health settings.
Mandatory training certifications: PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression) and Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training in Learning Disability and Autism.
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to care.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
