Key Requirements

  • Recent experience within the NHS.

  • Experience in CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) and child protection work.

  • Face-to-face worker role, requiring direct client interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and complete care and hospital discharge plans.

  • Work within existing systems to ensure effective discharge planning.

  • Provide triaging and duty support for the team.

  • Manage caseloads, prioritising tasks effectively.

  • Support young people with a variety of wellbeing and mental health needs.

  • Collaborate with the team to provide collective support and work together.
