Hours: 32.5 hours per week (Term time only + 5 training days)
Working Hours: 8:45 AM and 4:15 PM (depending on young people's needs)

The British Nursing Association is looking for dedicated Education Support Workers to join our team and support young individuals in their journey toward independence and improved quality of life.
Your Responsibilities
As an Education Support Worker, you will:
Deliver the Post 16 Outreach programme for 5 young people with EHCP (Education, Health, and Care Plan) needs.
Collaborate closely with the Outreach team to ensure individualised support and meet young people’s educational, social, and developmental goals.
Work across diverse settings, including home, care environments, and the community.
Contribute to the day-to-day coordination and provision of services, focusing on improving the quality of life for each young person.
