About the Role
As a CNS in our Palliative Care team, you’ll provide expert care to patients in their homes or care homes. You’ll assess, plan, and deliver holistic care, working closely with the multidisciplinary team. Your role also involves supervising junior staff and contributing to the ongoing development of our service.
