Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in care homes 

• Administer medications and treatments accurately 

• Assess and monitor residents' health status 

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans 

• Offer guidance and support to junior staff and healthcare assistants 

• Keep precise and thorough medical records 

Requirements: 

• Valid NMC registration as a Band 6 Registered General Nurse (RGN) 

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a care home setting 

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best nursing practices 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
