Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in care homes
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and assess residents' health and well-being
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans
Provide guidance and support to junior staff and healthcare assistants
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
Requirements:
Valid NMC registration as a Band 6 Registered General Nurse (RGN)
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a care home setting
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in nursing care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
