Are you a passionate and caring nurse looking to make an impact in neonatal emergency care? The British Nursing Association is recruiting skilled Band 5 and 6 Neonatal Nurses to join our team across the South West, including Bristol, Somerset, Taunton, and Exeter. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to newborns in neonatal units. 

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. 

  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. 

  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. 

  • Support and mentor junior staff and students. 

  • Lead and manage nursing teams, ensuring high standards of care and professional development. 

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration. 

  • Experience in neonatal care settings. 

  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to work under pressure. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Commitment to continuous professional development. 

  • Proven leadership and management skills.
