Position: Band 4 Support Worker (healthcare assistant with NVQ 3)
Vacancy Type: 3-month block booking, with regular ongoing agency shifts, and NHS jobs
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
Location: Waltham Forest Borough, England
Pay Rates: Earn up to £13.50* per hour

👉 Essential Requirements:
Access to a vehicle
Valid driving license
Ability to travel regularly (owning a car is essential)
Driving expenses, including mileage, will be reimbursed
✅ Skills/Experience Required:
Prompt development of strong working relationships with clients
Good observation and assessment skills
Excellent communication and report writing skills
Ability to provide feedback to the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT)
Sound knowledge of community mental health services
Working knowledge of community resources available for clients in the borough of Waltham Forest
Mandatory: Community Mental Health experience
