• Position: Band 2 HCA / Support Worker 

• Location: Surrey 

• Job Type: Temporary, with potential for long-term engagements 

• Pay Rate: Up to £19.00 per hour* 

• Shift Patterns: Variable, including days, nights, and weekends 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide direct care to patients within mental health settings. 

• Support the physical and emotional well-being of patients. 

• Assist with clinical duties and the monitoring of patient conditions. 

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement effective patient care plans. 

• Comply with NHS standards and practices to ensure safe and effective care delivery. 

Essential Requirements: 

• Experience in mental health care settings. 

• Mandatory training in PMVA (Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression), Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training in Learning Disability and Autism, and VRT (Violence Reduction Training). 

• Possession of an NHS SMART card. 

• Eligibility to work in the NHS. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
